You compare this type of stuff to the iconic scenes in MCU films, those films are popular because of the weight they carry, stacked on top of the comics that have been built up for 70 years. But this film alone has as much weight as those without the same amount of epic build up and crescendo that is put into MCU films. This scene is as iconic as the fight scene in Endgame, but that scene had 11 years of movies stacked up to that point, this movie had 2 hours build up. Not to shit on MCU, but seriously, this is better made.
